1 General Terms & Conditions

Bdjoy (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider. All registered members in Bangladesh are subject to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdjoy and each member. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
• Bdjoy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, members will be informed via email for any major changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• Bdjoy is operated purely for entertainment purposes and is not a financial investment platform.

2 Account Registration

To register an account on bdjoy, the following conditions must be met:

• Age requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. bdjoy does not permit minors to register and reserves the right to verify age at any time.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false information is prohibited.
• Contact Details: A valid mobile number and email address must be provided, as these will be used for account verification.
• KYC Verification: bdjoy may request identity verification at any time via National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on bdjoy:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Payment methods: bdjoy supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional time may be required for verification.
• Transaction Currency: All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing from or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Fees: bdjoy generally does not charge transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdjoy offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before acceptance.

• Welcome bonus: New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier applied to the bonus amount. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place BDT 2,000 in bets.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• Cashback Offers: Weekly or monthly cashback is credited directly to your account and comes with low wagering requirements.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on bdjoy are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gaming rules apply to all members:

• RNG certification: All games on bdjoy use third-party certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes.
• Game Results: If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bdjoy reserves the right to void the round result and refund the bet.
• Betting Limits: Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit that all members must adhere to.
• Live Games: In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Bets in progress may not be settled if an internet connection is lost.
• Sports Betting: Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.

6 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjoy and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to bdjoy's software or systems.
• Knowingly exploiting technical errors or bugs and failing to report them.

7 Account closure

Both bdjoy and the member have the right to close an account:

• Voluntary Closure: Any member may close their account through the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure.
• bdjoy's Rights: bdjoy reserves the right to suspend accounts without notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, members can lock their own account for a set period of time.

8 Privacy & Data

• Members' personal information is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
• Your information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bdjoy will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or transaction is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• In the event of issues with a third-party payment system.
• When the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical issues.

That said, bdjoy is always committed to resolving member issues fairly and keeping the platform available as much as possible.

10 Responsible Gaming

Bdjoy believes entertainment should be controlled and enjoyable. Excessive gaming can be harmful, which is why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Gaming will automatically stop once losses exceed a specified amount.
• Session Timer: Option to receive reminders after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Account lock available from 7 days up to 6 months.

11 Legal Disputes

In the event of a dispute between bdjoy and a member, resolution will first be sought through mutual discussion. For any dispute:

• Please contact the support team first and describe the issue in detail.
• Our team will aim to resolve your issue within 48 hours.
• If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.
• The applicable law and jurisdiction for all disputes will be determined by the territory in which bdjoy is registered.
